About
Marmalade Square is located at the base of West Capitol hill in Salt Lake City, Utah – just inside the Marmalade District. We are nestled in the 600 block, between 600 and 700 North, and 200 and 300 West.
Originally built as apartments in 1960, Marmalade Square was converted into condominiums in 2006. All of the windows and roofs on all the buildings were replaced when the conversion took place. Most of our units have been remodeled as well; although we do have some units still available for you to make your own changes.
Our Homeowner’s Association was established in 2011. The HOA Board takes an active role in the project and is always working to maintain and improve the grounds.
