The Tyler
The Tyler is a one bedroom, one bath model. Each unit is approximately 612 square feet. There is a laundry room, utility room, and large hall closet for linens and storage.
The Tyler also features a larger-than-normal bathroom with room for a stand-alone storage closet or cabinet.
There are main-level and upper-level units available.
The Stephen
The Stephen is a two bedroom, one bath model. Each unit is approximately 747 square feet. We have two configurations for the Stephen. Some units include a large, walk-in, master closet with laundry inside. Other units have a regular-sized close in the master bedroom and a separate laundry room and front coat closet off the living room.
There are main-level and upper-level units available.
The Austin
The Austin is a two bedroom, one bath model. It also features an extended dining room off of the kitchen, which adds approximately 79 square feet to the unit for a total of 826 square feet.
The Austin also has two configurations like The Stephen. Some units include a large, walk-in, master closet with laundry inside. Other units have a regular-sized close in the master bedroom and a separate laundry room and front coat closet off the living room.
The Austins on the main level have a step-down dining space, separated by a door way. The Austins on the second level simply extend off the kitchen and create one large kitchen and dining room.
